I’ve just watched Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and I feel like many characters are gay: Doctor Eggman, Knuckles the Echidna, Sonic, Agent Stone, and of course Tales.

While Sonic 3 presents easily the most emotionally charged version of Agent Stone’s love for Eggman, this guy has been self-destructively devoted to the mad scientist since day one.

As we know thanks to Dr Eggman Nega's existence as a descendant of Dr Eggman can we at least be sure in him being both a Sis male (as other wise reproducing would be off the table) as well as at least not homosexual.

Doctor Ivo Robotnik is a pansexual character from the Sonic Films. Originally he was a United States operative along with his assistant Agent Stone, they investigate a power outage originated by Sonic in Green Hills, Robotnik began hunting Sonic in order to dissect him and uncover the secrets of his power and using it to conquer the world.

I consider all sonic characters to basically be asexual. The closest thing we ever get to sex in the sonic universe is that one scene between knuckles and rouge in SA2. Or maybe Sonic and Elise in 06, but I haven’t played that game so I can’t really say. Eggman hasn’t had any comparable moments though, so he’s basically asexual in my mind.
